sir, we have cnc milling type A17,E520 controller. problem regarding machine is that we are not able to run spindle , we are getting alaram for that on screan displaing massage spindle driver lock, we are giving the detail of are spindle make marelli rettifiche srl. rpm 10000,min 20000max itis highspeed electro spindle with vectoral control, it has resorval encoder 6pin output conection the driver for spindle is refu 401D. we also have spare drive of same configer ,we also have full detail electrical schema of the machine as well as of the drive .are machine controller is working wellas wellas all axise show movement, we have abserve that while revolving spindle by hand we get rpm un even say 350or500 so on we have check spindle it is ok. so please give me feed back on my mail adrees as soon as possible .thank you
